Endless Road

Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, will be the last day of my life at UMP. I know my decision is correct when I choose to take Computer Science course at UMP or formerly known as KUKTEM. I have a really good time here, I've got many friends that helping me a lot. I got the sweetest memories I ever had in my life, even the bad memories also. I've to thank all my friends that supported me from the first year until the final year and the final semester would be our Practical Training. After that, we will separated toward our practical place and we can't be together anymore.

Our journeys are still continue, we still have to look forward to our future. We still don't know what will happen tomorrow, but I pray all the best for all of you to fulfill your own ambition and dreams. My ambition is to learn about Computer as much as I can, because it's the only thing I can give my life to. If the road that will be taken are different for each of us, I still be praying for your success. I hope that we will be on the same road again in the future.

Last words from me, I hope that all of you forgive me for any mistakes that I've done. I'm just a normal person who do mistakes sometimes. I also forgive all of you, as long as I know everyone is kind to me and I never holding grudge to all of you. I will be gladly helping you guys, just message me and I will help if I capable to. .:Trip to KL Day 1:.

Last week on Thursday, 13 November 2008, my friends and I went to KL. Our objectives are to settle about rent house that we booked 3 weeks ago, to find the best way to practical place, to learn using LRT(for those who are never using it like me) and finally to enjoy. ^^ Yus, Pijoy, Mazrul, Paeng, Zul, hot couple Amer & Yuna and I arrived at the Pekeliling about 12.30p.m. Our first planning was to go straight to the rent house so that we can settled it fast and drop our luggages in the house. Unfortunately, the owner of the rent house didn't free at that time and he said to meet at 8.00 p.m. So we changed our plan a little bit and we went to Time Square to eat, pray and rest. From pekeliling, we took LRT at Titiwangsa Station and went to Hang Tuah Station. We went to Time Square by walking from Hang Tuah Station because it's quite near to use Monorail. We walked passed in front of Penjara Pudu, it's quite spooky looking at the old building where all the prisoners were kept in there long time ago.

At the time square, we ate at MC'D even though I can't eat MC'D burgers because of it cheese. So, I just ordered two piece of chicken set and there was a quite humor story at the counter. After I said that I want the chicken set, the cashier asked me either big or medium. In my mind, I was thinking that at the MC'D I can choose the size of the chicken. So I ordered "Big" ,I got my ordered and back to table. I was looking to other where their drinks and fries are smaller than me, then I asked why. They said that they just ordered medium only. Finally, I realized that the size that been asked is for drinks and fries, not the chicken. ^^ But I like KFC more where the cashier are more friendly, everytime when someone arrive at the counter, the cashier will say "Selamat Pagi encik, boleh saya ambil pesanan? Makan disini atau bungkus? Spicy atau original? Ada apa2x yang encik nak tambah? Fries? Wedges? Encik telah order satu dinner plate, bla2x Rm11.50. Terima kasih. Sila datang lagi". In the other hand, this is what happen at the MC'D through my experience, "Big atau Medium". No greeting, no appreciation. Sorry to those who are MC'D side, this is just my opinion toward the services.

After we settled our things, we went to Low Yat Plaza that about 100m from Time Square. Pijoy want to buy toner for the printer and external harddisk, also Amer search for his printer catridge. Me and Zul are excited looking at the heaven of computer, where all the part, component, or complete PC can buy in here with the lowest price in Malaysia. If we have more money, we would've spend them by upgrading our PC. ^^ Then, we went to KL Sentral using Monorail to put our luggage in the safe box. After that, we went to Midvalley using Komuter and spent about 2 hours at there until 5.30 p.m. because Yuna need to go back before 6.00 p.m. We took our luggage back at the KL Sentral and went to Cahaya, Ampang. It's quite uncomfortable because of the tren are pack with people that want to go home after a hard day at their work. ^^

About 7.30 p.m. we arrived at Cahaya LRT Station. I called my cousin, Kak Za and she sent her husband, Abg Ujang to pick up us at the station. After 5 minute, Abg Ujang arrived at the station and took us to his house. While walking he tell me that he met the owner of the rent house, Pak Ali just now and he asked Pak Ali whether he can give the keys tonight. Pak Ali said that he will give the keys tonight after he pick up something in the house. So we just waited him at my cousin house and rested. Abg Ujang bought us "Mee Goreng" because we haven't eat yet and addition, my auntie also want to come and bring some "Mee Goreng". We waited Pak Ali until 10.00 p.m. and he didn't came. Abg Ujang also went to the rent house at the flat near the LRT, but Pak Ali disappear. We tried to call him but only voice mail answered the called.

So, my cousin decided to let us sleep at her sister house, Kak Long. Kak Long is stayed at Kuala Krai with her mother because she is about to give birth. So, only just Abg Long in the house and he also busy with his work. He will go to Johor for outstation starting tomorrow. Kak Long called me later on. Everyone went to sleep at 11.30 p.m, it's so tired walking around KL. We need to recharge our energy, because the journey is not finished yet. ^^ Anyway, that night there was a F1 car race between amer and zul while pijoy be the commentator of the race. Amer was leading while zul is quite slow, but the commentator was very talkative. Other be the spectator quietly. Haha~!

Last week on Thursday, I've finally present my PSM project at Astaka UMP from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. I'm feel very relieved after the presentation done, even thought I've been condemned by one of evaluator quite bad. It's because she doesn't understand what is my application is. In the other hand the other evaluator give a good comment and suggestionto my application. Overall, I think I can pass this subject so that I can do Industrial Training at Bursa Malaysia Berhad.

Tonight, I need to repair my PSM document so that my supervisor can marking the document this week and give my grade for this subject. Good luck to me~!

Finally, I have finished my poster and today mr yux and others go to Kuantan for printing with special guest. In the morning, we went to Majlis Sambutan Hari Raya UMP at Sport Complex and there was so happening with students, lectures and staffs. Because we were quite late, so there's too many student queue up to get foods and I can only eat beef soup and beehun soup only. After that, we went home and guess what, after 5 minute we arrived someone is coming with red coloured motorcycle parking in front of our house. He is Azmi bin Muhammad.

Azmi is one of our friends who go practical already this semester, unlike me and others who extend for doing Undergraduate Project II. He comes here to send his log book to supervisor which he forgot to send it with the practical report. We talk a lot about life during practical, experience and so on. At 2 p.m. he go to faculty while others are make preparation to go Kuantan. And me, I can't follow them because the car is full and I just wake up from sleep. ^^

Today is my first time watching this movie although it has been released a few month ago. My wish is to see the movie at the cinema but I can't make it seems it is showed during my holiday plus there is no cinema at Kelantan. Film that directed by Kabir Bhatia, the same director for C.I.N.T.A film that showed in two years ago really not disappointed. The actor and actress play their role very effectively and the story plot is really really good.

In this film, three love stories are the main plot and the stories have connection between each other. It is different with C.I.N.T.A that five love stories have no connection at all but happen in the same place or area. And of course the main different of both film is the entity of the film that are "lonely" and "love". Kabir Bhatia brought the audiences to feel deep into "lonely" world which is felt by the character in the film and it works.

I wish that I'm at the Adam's place, there is a girl loving him so much although she is not mentally well and "terencat akal" a little bit. She quite obsessed with Adam since primary school until they grow up and her love is pure. It is better than no one is loving you, but the thing is if there has a chance, grab it or you will regret later. I really love Adam character, when I saw him I felt like I saw my ownself in the film. Both of us quite same in term of physical, characteristic, and feelings. If it true then I hope I will get the same ending like Adam. ^^ End~!

Terasa pula kebosanan melihat PSMII yang tak siap2x. Ingin dikongsi bersama rakan2 semua kisah penulis bersama 3 orang lagi sahabat mengunjungi sebuah gerai makanan yang terdapat di Gambang.

Alkisahnya kesemua cafe di UMP masih belum dibuka semalam. Kami berempat keluar ke Gambang untuk mengisi perut yang kelaparan dan apa yang menyedihkan kesemua restoran yang sentiasa dikunjungi oleh kami sebelum ini masih belum dibuka. Nasibbaiklah terdapat sebuah gerai makan yang berhampiran dan kami memutuskan untuk mencuba makanan di gerai tersebut. Gerai kayu yang diterangi oleh lampu kalimantan tersebut tentulah tidak seberapa berbanding dengan restoran biasa.

Selepas melabuhkan punggung di atas kerusi plastik, datanglah seorang perempuan mengambil pesanan. Salah seorang sahabat bertanyakan makanan apa yang disediakan, jawab perempuan tersebut bahawa sayur dan daging telahpun kehabisan, justeru itu nasi goreng kampung, nasi goreng usa dan nasi yang bersangkutpaut dengannya tidak dapat dibuat. Nasi goreng pataya, nasi goreng ayam, kuey tiau sup dan mee bandung menjadi santapan kami berserta 4 nasi goreng pataya yang dipesan oleh rakan2 di UMP yang tidak dapat keluar bersama kerana hujan.

Kelambatan makanan sudah dijangkakan, kerana hanya terdapat seorang tukang masak yang menyediakan makanan. Sambil melihat Majalah 3 di TV3, kami menunggu dengan penuh kesabaran. Namun salah seorang sahabat menyedari sesuatu yang pelik di dapur gerai tersebut, iaitu sebuah cerek air yang sedang dijerang di atas dapur arang yang dibuat daripada tanah liat. Alangkah terkejutnya kami kerana masih ada yang menggunakan dapur arang untuk menjerang air yang selalunya dijerang di atas dapur gas @ cerek elektrik.

Cerita ini belum tamat disitu, penulis menyedari dari perbualan para pekerja yang bertanyakan "adakah nasi sudah dimasak". Penulis pun menjeling ke arah dapur arang tersebut, sebuah periuk besar telahpun diletak di atas dapur arang tersebut yang kemungkinan besar mengandungi beras untuk dimasak dijadikan nasi. Penulis tertawa di dalam hati dan membiarkan sahaja tanpa memberitahu sahabat2 yang lain. Akhirnya diperasan pula oleh sahabat tadi lalu memberitahu kepada yang lain. Memang agak ganjil dan amat jarang sekiranya kita singgah di mana2x gerai @ restoran yang masih menggunakan dapur arang untuk memasak nasi @ menjerang air. Dimana gerai tersebut?? Carilah gerai2 yang terdapat disekitar Gambang.

Selamat Hari Raya kepada semua muslim dan muslimat di seluruh dunia penulis ucapkan. Dikesempatan ini, penulis menyusun jari untuk meminta maaf sekiranya terdapat salah dan silap sepanjang perkenalan kita. Dan sesungguhnya penulis telahpun memaafkan sesiapa yang pernah membuat salah terhadap penulis sekiranya ada.

Hari raya tahun ini agak kurang meriah, mungkin kerana sanak saudara tidak pulang ke kampung seperti dulu. Ketiadaan arwah nenek yang baru sahaja pulang ke Rahmatullah beberapa bulan dahulu kian terasa selepas arwah atuk. Rumah penulis dahulunya pernah memuatkan 12 keluarga, tahun ini mungkin hanya 3 keluarga sahaja termasuk keluarga penulis. Namun, hari raya tetap menjadi hari paling bermakna dalam hidup penulis.

Akhir kata, penulis ingin meminta maaf sekali lagi kepada semua dan mengucapkan "Selamat Menyambut Hari Raya Aidilfitri".

The story begin when I'm sleep, I heard noise from outside of my room said, "anak kucing berak merata!!", and someone keep yelling to everybody. And I? Continue my sleep even though I know what happen. I woke up for sahur at 3.30am and I see the shit gone cause someone may wash the floor outside my house. There are two kittens outside my house, with their mom + pop that I take care and always feed them. The problem is the kittens always "berak merata" outside of my house. They are still young, still didn't learn from their mom and pop how to defecate at the right spot.

The main topic is, why human is so "berkira" with this matter. Of course the shit smell stink, what shit belong to creature that smell not stink?? People and animal, both of them have brain. The difference is God gifted human with "akal" that enable human to think and animal don't. If the animal can think same as human, the kittens will go to toilet and defecate in the bowl and after that flush the toilet. Cats have its own way to defecate, that is dig hole at the sand and bury the shit with the sand after that. Even there are human that didn't flush after defecate, are they mindless too or an animal??

Now, why we were babies our parent wear us pampers?? Even we can walk after 1 years, we still wearing pampers don't we. When we 2-4 years, we still need help from our parent to defecate at the toilet and when we 7 years old we can take care of our hygiene by ourself. From the start about 7 years, we learn how to defecate when our parent teached us. How about animal? Kittens is samely as human babies, they learn when the grown up by looking at the bigger cat. Are their mom or pop teach them how to defecate?? "Come here my childs, I want to teach you how to defecate, first we need to dig a hole in this sand, after that of course we defecate and the last thing is we need to bury this shit with the sand so that human wouldn't see it and less smell will be produce", a cat talk to their kittens.

Did the fish teach the small fish to swim? Did the tiger teach the cub how to hunt? Animal act by their nature, not by thinking. Even a tame lion at the circus can attack human because by the nature the lion is predator.

Why?? Why human too "berkira" with this mindless animal. If I'm selfish, I will just ignore people said and keep the kittens but I'm not. After discuss with yus, we will send back the kittens to the cafe "again." 3 weeks ago we have done it, but someone took the kiitens back to their house that one row with our house. I think 10 block of house far between our house to them. Somehow the kittens are back with their mom in front of my house about 3 days ago. Even cats know their owner and can back to home. I don't teach them, I don't give my address to them. So how??

p/s: I gave name to the kittens are kelabu and hitam. Their mom, muna and their pop, oren. Actually I gave name to the cat by their colour. Muna got her name from actually owner that is my friend. I keep oren from the last years when he still kittens, and now he have two kids. ^^ If kitty still alive, I think more kittens will be in front of my house. A tribute to kitty~

.:1st Internship Offer:.

Today I woke up at 11.30am, actually I set my alarm at 10.00am but I think I sleep again after I turn off the alarm. ^^ Suddenly came Azeem to my room with some letters on his hand and requesting 50cent for service. I was blurr and I talked to myself, what the hell is his talking about. He gave me the letter and I read it, it's actually a letter from Hi-Tech Padu Berhad to say that I've been selected for internship program at that company.

I was blurr again and I'm thinking did I sent application to the company, somehow I remembered when Pijoy asked anyone want to intern at the company and I replied yes. ^^

Actually I waiting for confirmation from Bursa Saham Malaysia, three days ago a man called me about the application and asking me a few of question. He short listed my name and Pijoy to send to HR department for intership at his department. He asked me if I know about ASP.net and PHP and I answered that I didn't learn it at university, but I can explore it by myself. Finally the man said I capable to learn and I got good history, so he said wait for confirmation from HR department and end of conversation.

.:History of Me Using Computer:.

This is my first blog in English, I don't know why and it's just my feel to write it anyway. I just wanna share about my experiece using computer from the first time until now. Somehow the memory suddenly flying around my mind while I'm asleep.

1995 : I think this is my first time using computer, a personal computer (PC) brand Apple that owned by my uncle. At that time, operating system that people used is Windows 3.x where all you can see is command prompt. I play my first game that called "Doom",shooting alien game but I can't playing long because it's too violent to me to handle.

1998 : I got my first PC, a reward from my parent because I got straight A's in UPSR. Actually I got this PC before the result known. ^^ The specification of my first PC is Intel Celeron 333MHz with 32MB ram and 10GB harddisk I think. Additional at that time Internet were famous, so my parent register for a tmnet dialup 1515 for me to use. After a month, this is my first time mistake and the power supply was exploded because I change the setting from 230w to 240w at the back of the power supply. I didn't tell anyone, I just tell that the power supply suddenly exploded by itself. ^^

2000 : My first time reassemble my PC by myself and I learn how to format harddisk and also make partition using "fdisk". "fdisk" is the basic program to create partition in command prompt before come the handy GUI (graphical user interface). And I'm also upgrading my PC with Intel Celeron 1.2GHz and 128MB ram by myself and of course the money i got from my parents. ^^ I also learn at my school creating a simple webpage using notepad with html coding. I'm helping my teacher in creating the simple website for his project with my friends and I got reward from this, maybe RM10 I think.

2001 : I request to upgrade my PC again after I manage to get straight A's in PMR also. This time I buy my external modem 56kbps because my internal model strucked by lightning. And also I buy graphic card so that I can play game smoothly.

2002 : This is my first time joining competition to create a webpage. I've been selected with others three member to form a team. This competition called "Pertandingan Jejak Bestari", it's competion for all Bestari school to join and compete with each other. 4 month my time were spend to this competition, I'm skipping my class often, it's because the competition become school project and my teachers approve me to stay at the computer lab. In the end, we got 2nd runner up in the competition. ^^

2005 : Finally I got into KUKTEM, currenltly known as UMP for Bachelor of Science Computer (Software Engineering). I'm making my way to go deeply in computer, more and more,day after day. My future have been decided long time ago, I know what I'm capable of, what I'm gonna do and what I'm gonna got. The road I'm taken isn't easy, but I'm know I can do it. Because there's nothing else I like except spending 24/7 in front of computer. ^^

2007 : In this year I make my own PC because of my laptop crushed. This PC is like my sweetheart now, I spend a lot of money to upgrade her and now she served me well. :)

.:Selamat Menyambut Bulan Ramadhan:.

Di kesempatan ini, penulis ingin mengucapkan selamat berpuasa kepada sahabat2x dan ingin memohon maaf sekiranya terdapat salah dan silap. Sepatutnya post semalam, tetapi terlalu banyak perkara yang perlu dibuat (format pc, install software, pasang motherboard pc dll). ^^

.:AEF5574 Berwajah Baru:.

Kali pertama penulis memperkenalkan motorsikal kepunyaan penulis iaitu sebuah motorsikal EX5 berwarna hitam. Motorsikal ini dibeli sebelum penulis menjejak kaki ke UMP atau KUKTEM oleh ayah penulis. Walaupun motorsikal ini adalah motorsikal terpakai, namun sepanjang 4 tahun ini ia masih gah walaupun ianya semakin tenat dimakan usia. Keadaan motorsikal tersebut boleh dikatakan "buruk", kerana catnya kian pudar, tempat duduk yang koyak, "side bend" yang lusuh, bunyi enjin yang teruk dan sebagainya. Namun masih boleh ditunggangi oleh penulis ke kelas setiap hari selama 3 tahun dan sekarang digunakan oleh saudara hafizul ke tempat kerja. Apa yang penulis cerita adalah keadaan motorsikal tersebut sebelum 2 minggu lepas.

Setelah mendapat pertolongan daripada saudara ashraf, maka kami berpakat untuk menukar wajah motorsikal ini. Kebetulan tahun ini kerajaan mengumumkan rebat tunai kepada setiap kenderaan bagi menggantikan harga minyak yang naik. Penulis mengambil peluang menggunakan duit rebat itu untuk membaik pulih motorsikal ini. Antara barang-barang yang dibeli adalah:-

1. 2 Rim Sport yang berharga rm75 setiap satu.
   
2. 1 Side bend yang berharga rm20.
3. 1 Seat EX5 yang berharga rm25.
4. 1 Bakul Motor yang berharga rm20.

Jumlah keseluruhan adalah kira2 rm215 dan kini motorsikal tersebut berwajah baru. Walaupun enjinnya masih belum dibaiki, penulis sudahpun berpuas hati dengan keadaan motorsikal tersebut. Terima kasih kepada saudara ashraf kerana banyak menolong sebab penulis buta bab2 motorsikal, bab2 komputer lain cerita. ^^

.:Pikom PC Fair 2008:.

Pikom, nama yang tidak asing bagi pengunjung yang mengunjungi PC Fair 2008 yang diadakan setiap tahun di lokasi tertentu di Malaysia. Pada minggu ini, berlangsung PC Fair 2008 bermula dari 15 Ogos sehingga 17 ogos di Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan.

Hari ini, penulis bersama 2 lagi rakan iaitu Fahim dan Azeem keluar ke Kuantan untuk menghantar Fahim ke Terminal Makmur. Sebelum itu, kami singgah di Megamall untuk mengunjungi PC Fair tersebut sambil menunggu kereta siap dibasuh.

Pada pandangan penulis, PC Fair tahun ini agak meriah kerana ia diadakan di kedua-dua bahagian tapak tumpuan Megamall. Sebelum ini, ianya diadakan di tapak utama Megamall, namun pada tahun ini satu perbezaan dibuat dan terdapat lebih banyak kedai @ vendor yang menyertai.

Walaupun ramai yang mengatakan harga adalah tetap sama dan mahal, namun ianya murah dari harga pada hari biasa dan tidak setanding harga di Plaza Lowyat. Tapi ia sudah memadai bagi sesiapa yang tidak mahu berulang alik ke Kuala Lumpur semata-mata hendak membeli sebuah tetikus(mouse) dan accessory yang lain.

Penulis turut mengambil peluang untuk membeli sebuah papan kekunci(keyboard) yang baru berjenama Blaze, kerana yang lama telah menunjukkan simptom2 yang akan menunjukkan tempoh riwayatnya akan tamat. Dan post ini adalah yang pertama menggunakan keyboard yang baru. ^^
